But lately it's been Sun.- Mon.<BR/><BR/>I think the WD diet is great. The only problem that I have with it is that I get hungry too early in the day. Since I like that "full feeling" I like the idea of eating all of my food at the same time, I seem to be a "bottomless pit"!<BR/><BR/>If I were you I would still figure out the calories that are being taken in, adjust them, and then add in you high and low calorie day based on your total daily calories during the week.<BR/><BR/>Mark eats WD style and it has worked great for him. But like I have said in the past, if it's not working, change it!
