I like to give credit, when credit is due!

I learned so much from you in just a few short days, I haven't even applied half of it. I still haven't done anything with canned salmon, or made mayonnaise (aioli).

But the key to learning, when it comes to cooking, is practice. Oh and tasting!Tracy Reifkindhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07868257020358013257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6746449661347809966.post-65988335106966645522007-12-22T06:05:00.000-08:002007-12-22T06:05:00.000-08:00Donna, As I come full circle with my relationship ...Donna,

As I come full circle with my relationship with food, I'm excited to share, with you and your daughter (my neice!), yet another way of empowerment.

Delibrate creation....creating a body of health starts with the knowledge to make choices in that direction.Tracy Reifkindhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07868257020358013257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6746449661347809966.post-92207372840283475472007-12-21T11:00:00.000-08:002007-12-21T11:00:00.000-08:00I've started putting a small amount of unsweetened...I've started putting a small amount of unsweetened cocoa powder in my chili. I like to eat buffalo, elk, and venison so I will be putting some ground elk in the chili instead of pork. I like pork too, but the elk is so good!
By the way, I took the measurements! That was top 5 of most humiliating moments to have that done! Really wish I would have done it earlier to compare, but I can get an idea of how things are.
Happy holidays and good eating!Dianahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12677754284276322596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6746449661347809966.post-20397961593708171412007-12-21T04:47:00.000-08:002007-12-21T04:47:00.000-08:00OMG! I can't wait to get back in the kitchen with you!

For those reading Tracy's blog... she is an awesome cook, she is professional standard for sure! She has a very thoughtful way of looking at food and flavor... something that not even all professionals have. The weekend she spent here in Minnesota with me was a real treat for me too! I love the way Tracy thinks of food!fawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10791959590164539258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6746449661347809966.post-48858560617287194382007-12-21T01:29:00.000-08:002007-12-21T01:29:00.000-08:00ahhh...and I was going to say, if the "guys" don't...ahhh...and I was going to say, if the "guys" don't eat it all I would LOVE to have more.
