Arms I would have killed for.

Never in my life did I ever, ever think I could have "arms and shoulders". It has truly been a miracle for this "fat girl"!

  3. I was wondering if you could let me know how you rotate calories between high and low days. I'm currently on the Warrior Diet, but I think I still eat too much. I thought about trying a high cal/low cal approach within the WD confines.

  4. Brett, Technically I only have one high-calorie day, always followed by a low-calorie day.

I try and keep my calories the same every day, between 1400-1700, except those two days, usually a Sat.- Sun.. But lately it's been Sun.- Mon.

I think the WD diet is great. The only problem that I have with it is that I get hungry too early in the day. Since I like that "full feeling" I like the idea of eating all of my food at the same time, I seem to be a "bottomless pit"!

If I were you I would still figure out the calories that are being taken in, adjust them, and then add in you high and low calorie day based on your total daily calories during the week.

Mark eats WD style and it has worked great for him. But like I have said in the past, if it's not working, change it! Tracy
