Was that MY ass?
I found these old pants while cleaning out a closet. They were packed away because they had gotten too small for me and I was hoping, some day, to get back in them! Do you think I succeeded?
true measurable results right there! BTW, your story is amazing. I'm sure you have heard this from many people, but it really does show you that determination, hard work, eating right, and of course KETTLEBELLS can give you the quality of life you are looking for. Keep up the wonderful work tracy.
ASTONISHING. I swear, it looks like a doctored photo, cuz I can barely get my mind around the fact that those pants used to be too small for you. I truly don't have the words to express my respect and my delight for what you have managed to do. You continue to encourage and educate, and I'm very very appreciative.
Dan, Franz, Rob and Geoff, Thanks for the positive feedback.
I know that Mr. Rif has to go through a little embarrassment before he can be proud of what I've done. Even he says, "Damn Honey, those were some big pants!"
I just found your blog and I am mesmerized by what you have accomplished. I just started using my KB and it is daunting. You keep me inspired to soldier on.
