I alternated these two sets, set #1, 4x, set #2, 3 x, 7 sets total = 24.5 min. (700 reps)

ReplyDeleteAfter such a "sucky" workout on Monday I decided that I had been doing too many snatches and not enough swinging. Back to basics!
I gave this a whirl Friday at a beginner level to see how I could do and acheived 757 swings! I used the 9kg and 12kg. Thanks Tracy for the inspiration, you rock.
