Before I forget....820 swings

Quick 30 minute swing workout before work on Wednesday.

40 2 hand swings, 1 min. on, 1 min. rest, x 3 sets = 6 min. warmup (120 reps)

100 2 transfers w/12kg, 2.5 min. on,

1 min. rest

100 2 hand swings w/16kg, 2.5 min. on,

1 min. rest


I alternated these two sets, set #1, 4x, set #2, 3 x, 7 sets total = 24.5 min. (700 reps)

    After such a "sucky" workout on Monday I decided that I had been doing too many snatches and not enough swinging. Back to basics!

  2. I gave this a whirl Friday at a beginner level to see how I could do and acheived 757 swings! I used the 9kg and 12kg. Thanks Tracy for the inspiration, you rock.
