what size is that yellow bell? also what brand is it? it looks like the ones i have seen that have smaller area, more squared handels..? i would like to try and buy some of those if i could figure out what brand they are...

The yellow bell is from Demetri Sataev, it's a competition bell and it adjusts up to 40kg. Mark got it through the internet.
We decided to get one because of the smaller handle for me.
Hi Tracey! You're looking strong after your surgery! I wanted to let you know that your blog about accountability in eating has really given me a shot in the arm, thanks! I also wanted to ask you about your blood pressure numbers and cholesterol levels. I figure that between your careful eating and kettlebell workouts you must have great BP and cholesterol. I am about to get tested....not worried about BP but the cholesterol levels...well, we'll see. :-)

I think my BP was something crazy like 98/60 2 weeks before my surgery in Dec. The nurse that took it knew about my fitness level and she wasn't surprised...in fact she was impressed! But haven't taken it since. And I have no idea about cholesterol.
