what size is that yellow bell? also what brand is it? it looks like the ones i have seen that have smaller area, more squared handels..? i would like to try and buy some of those if i could figure out what brand they are...
Hi Tracey! You're looking strong after your surgery! I wanted to let you know that your blog about accountability in eating has really given me a shot in the arm, thanks! I also wanted to ask you about your blood pressure numbers and cholesterol levels. I figure that between your careful eating and kettlebell workouts you must have great BP and cholesterol. I am about to get tested....not worried about BP but the cholesterol levels...well, we'll see. :-) Thanks and best to you! Ariel
I think my BP was something crazy like 98/60 2 weeks before my surgery in Dec. The nurse that took it knew about my fitness level and she wasn't surprised...in fact she was impressed! But haven't taken it since. And I have no idea about cholesterol.

ReplyDeleteanthony,
ReplyDeleteThe yellow bell is from Demetri Sataev, it's a competition bell and it adjusts up to 40kg. Mark got it through the internet.
We decided to get one because of the smaller handle for me.
