Tuesday Snatches (max vo2 "based")

9:00am KB (max Vo2 "based" workout)
Warm up w/12kg
40 2 hand swings, 1 min. work, 1 min. rest x 5 sets
snatch transfer x 12 (each side 24 total), 1.5 min work, 1 min rest x 2 sets
14 min. total
Work sets w/12kg
7 snatch, 15 sec rest, 7 snatch, 15 sec rest, 14 snatch, 30 sec rest, R
7 snatch, 15 sec rest, 7 snatch, 15 sec rest, 14 snatch, 30 sec rest, L
Alternating both multiple sets 5x each. Each side took 2 min to complete x 10 sets total - 20 min.
Cool down sets
swing snatch transfer x 12 each side (24 total), 2 min work, 1 min rest x 4 = 12 min.
Total workout 48 minutes.

I DO own "exercise wear" you know.....I can't wear jeans to Bikram yoga, LOL
I was actually thinking it might be time for me to buy some of those fancy smancy "matching" outfits. What do you think?
