Max Vo2 58 sets of 9 with the 12 kg

Wednesday
9:15 Bikram yoga
12:30 KB Max V02

Talk about the Universe challenging my commitment to my workouts....without getting into details, I hit so many roadblocks before my workout today, including one in the middle of my workout (about 25 sets in), that I had to shake it off, dig deep and get it done.

Warm up

4 min swings, snatches (10 each side)

Work sets

9 snatch L, 15 sec,
15 sec rest,
9 snatch R, 15 sec,
15 sec rest,
x 58 sets = 29 min., 522 snatches

I ended the workout with cleans, presses and bottoms up cleans, 12 min.

Total workout 45 min.

I could've kept this up for many more sets, but I thought I'd leave room for the next time shooting for 60-70 sets and then 80, so I stopped at 58. I forgot I'm switching tothe 'boost protocol'...yikes!

I really miss swinging....Friday or Saturday I'm going to swing my freakin' ass off, I can't wait!

    Awsome work! I am still on 7 reps w/ the 12kg but I am working my way up to 80 sets. It was great seeing you at CK-FMS but I wish we could talk more as always!

    Those afternoon workouts kill me, but for you I sacrifice.

    Who went to more Certs this year, you or me? LOL!

    Well, I hung out and had fun....no assisting, no certifying, and only going to the Meet & Greets really doesn't count...

    Last one in Sept I'm thinking I might actually assist!
