Russian River Kettlebells

Here's the workout Gayle Hunter and I did on her deck in gorgoeus Sonoma County, on Sunday, (kinda working off a little bit of a hangover...at least I was!)

'I go, you go' style.





10 reps x 6 sets = 3 min.

20 reps x 10 sets = 10 min.





30 reps x 6 sets = 9 min.





40 reps x 4 sets = 8 min.

Total workout 30 min.


I fooled around with some bottoms up cleans and snatches afterwards.

Snatches, 10/10 x 2 x 1 = 40 snatches, 10/10 x 5 x 2 = 200 snatches

240 snatch points

Fawn, I can't wait until June! I'm going to have to practice and strengthen my TGU's though! You guys are so freakin' strong.
