1400 light reps is not the same as heavy reps, which I'm finding out. I just can not, at this time, just go out and snatch the 20kg. I mean I guess I could if I was only doing sets of 5 with alot of rest inbetween.

But I'm old! I mean I'm 45....who else is old like me? And I'm coming off of being way overweight and "out of shape" for over a decade. It's not like I've been athletic most of life, in fact the opposite, I've been fat most of my life!

But anyway, I'm not trying to make excuses....I'm just doing my best.
