With all the volume you do I doubt you will get that sore. But I could be wrong.
Royce, you're right on! No soreness today, I guess it's safe to up in volume and weight!

Solid technique! Doing that for a couple of minutes is a serious calorie burner, not to mention a potential "pukey" sensation :)
