One year of KB training.

Hey Tracy!

Rif posted a link to your "One Year Later" pictures on dragondoor! It's totally totally inspiring reading your story in Vitalics Magazine and seeing your pictures. I told Rif you guys totally need to do a "A Year of KBs" DVD.

What I think would be really cool and different about it would be hearing about how it was emotionally, how you delt with plateaus, what it was like the first time you picked up the KB and stuff like that. More than just "and then do 10 swings" like most workout DVDs.

Anyway I was super pumped, and I know my clients would love to read your story, so I wrote about it on my blog - Take a look and let me know if it's ok to keep the article up there. Also I borrowed a picture to go with the article, let me know if that's ok also.

Anyway, it's really really inspiring. Awesome work.

Wow! Josh, thanks for your interest and excitement.

In my blog I'll have the opportunity to talk about food emotionally. I still consider myself a compulsive overeater, I just control it more than I used to.

Amazingly I didn't hit any plateaus! Alot had to do with the consistant KB training that I did. I also developed new diet strategies. Those 2 reasons are why I'm convinced that I have a better chance of not gaining the weight back.

I often say that dieting changed the size of my body and KB training changed the composition. Not only am I 130lbs., but around 20% bodyfat!

Mark and I were just talking about doing a year's training DVD. Lots of ideas mulling around, this next year should be exciting! Tracy
